Bollor\u00e9 Logistics Italy has provided an emergency service for a major actor of the pharmaceutical industry. Our teams managed the storage of high sensibility material in very fast time, supplying its support with the shipment of 30 Reefers containers from Livorno to Sesto Fiorentino.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

The containers handling process was programmed in four weeks, with a dedicated service: the use of trailers and a heavy lift carrier for the positioning of the Reefers containers in collaboration with the partner Sogese. The Reefers did maintain a stable temperature between + 2 and + 8 degrees. State-of-the-art technologies were used that allowed the remote monitoring of temperature variation thanks to a data logger equipment, wireless last generation system, connected to 5 mobile phones, (partly by the customer and partly by Bollor\u00e9 Logistics team), capable of recording data to alert any possible temperature deviation.<\/p>\n

The material inside the Reefers has around 600 pallets, with a total weight of over 200,000 kg.<\/p>\n

All the storage operations were the result of close cooperation, efforts, planning and timeliness coordination between the Tuscan branch in Prato of Bollor\u00e9 Logistics and all stakeholders. Thanks to the preparation and validation of the Standard Operating Procedure documentation, the efficiency, quality and uniformity of service performance have been fully achieved.<\/p>\n
